Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana has been directed to inform you all that the Department of Higher Education, Haryana has resumed Online Services of All Leave & NOC related to teaching faculty through MIS portal. No manual physical applications for the above listed services shall be entertained at Directorate from the date of issuing this notice.
