| Sent to Employee Verification | 10-07-02023 | During this period All the Principal/DDO of Government Colleges will sent he update the record of all employee verification |
| Verification of Record by Employee | 11-07-2023 to 12-07-2023 | During this period, employee check the record of intra Haryana |
| Score Freeze | 13-07-2023 | During this period All the Principal/DDO of Government Colleges will Freeze the score of all Employee |
| Volunteer Participation | 14-07-2023 to 18-07-2023 | During this period, option for volunteer participation will be obtain from those employee who are otherwise not eligible for compulsory transfer |
| Blocking of Post | 19-07-2023 | The exercise will be carried out with the help of IT cell. Rationalization and assign maximum sanction post will be updated by the department so that equal distribution of regular employee will be made |
| Forcefully Transfer Exempt Employee | 20-7-2023 | Decision wrt forceful of an employee and exempting an employee from participation will be taken directorate level |
| Filling Up of Choice | 21-07-2023 to 22-07-2023 | All Eligible employee will be submit their choice of Government College in order of preference. |
| Provisional Allocation | 28-07-2023 | During this period, provisional allocation will be prepared to those employee who not get their choice of preference and transfer Anywhere in the state |
| Filling up Choice by those who miss the Government Choice of during the above mentioned allocation | 29-07-2023 to 02-08-2023 | If any employee fails to to get one of his/her preferred option before posting them anywhere in the state, such unsuccessful employee can submit their fresh choices against remaining vacancy |
| Issuing of Posting Order | 7 -08- 2023 | Order will be issued of all Govt College. |
| Reliving and Joining | As Per Policy | All Transfer will bi relieved from their previous place of posting and joining on their new Government Colleges. |
