What I do
Research is creative and systematic work undertaken to increase the stock of knowledge. It involves the collection, organization, and analysis of information to increase understanding of a topic or issue. It is defined as careful consideration of study regarding a particular concern or problem using scientific methods.

VANDANA SHIVA’S STAYING ALIVE AND CLOSE TO HOME: A STUDY IN ECOFEMINISM
I feel myself privileged to find an opportunity to express my deep sense of gratitude and thankfulness to my supervisor, Dr Rashmi Verma, Prof. in Department of English, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, for her helpful guidance, conducive criticism and expert supervisory work.
I owe my sincere thanks to all the teaching members of the Department along with the non-teaching ones for their supportive attitude. The staff members of the Jawahar Lal Nehru Library, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, Central Library Punjab University, Chandigarh, Central Library Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa and Central Library of IGNOU, Delhi made it easier to get the useful matter. Hence I would like to thank them a lot.
Lastly, I also acknowledge my indebtedness to my friends who proved supportive in the sustenance of the required perseverance and patience. My husband Mr. Sandeep kajla (Web Developer) also deserves my thanks for his meticulous typing work.
